You would say;
I should be free after eleven o'clock.
or
I should be available after eleven o'clock.
In conversation, they both have the same meaning. It means you have time in your diary to see someone or do something.

The first sentence should be "I should be free after eleven o' clock."
The second sentence is more formal than the first one, that's all!
