How it is called the one who works in a tourist office?
I can't find the name for the person who works in a tourist office (visitor center) giving information about a city. I don't even know the name in my own language... Can anyone tell it to me? Thank you!

Some places might give them a fancy title like "Ambassador" but, to me knowledge, there is no official word in English that we use for them.

I'm not aware of a particular specific title for that work. I'd refer to that person as an employee, many are volunteers who donate their time helping share their home areas.
