Hi Selina,
Package as a verb or noun - 包裝
"Can you send me that package?'
'Everything has been packaged up, we'll send it tomorrow.'
Packing can be a 名词,进行时动词,动名词,形容词!
'He used newspapers as packing'
'I'm packing my things, see you soon!'
'I don't like packing.'
'Where did you get those packing materials from?'

Package is a noun. So say you have a parcel you are sending to someone you could say - this is a package. I have sent the package.
Packing is a verb. So you use this when you are packing a box / suitcase.
Hope that helps!
