Too formal: "Encantado" [1]
Formal: "Prazer em conhecê-lo" [2]
Informal: "Prazer"
Neutral: "Prazer em te conhecer"
[1] If you are a man, you say "Encantado". If you are a woman, you say: "Encantada". There is a form even more formal, you say: "Encantada em conhecê-lo";
[2] If you are talking to a man, you say "Prazer em conhecê-lo". If you are talking to a woman, you say "Prazer em conhecê-la".

Prazer em te conhecer. It's a formal sentence but also works in informal situation. An informal form could be just "Prazer".

In a ultra informal situation (normally with beer involved), you may hear: "prazer só na cama! satisfação..." like: "satisfação em conhecê-lo(a)"
