brother(弟弟或哥哥) ,sister (妹妹或姐姐),怎么区别?
brother,sister 两个单词表示四种身份(哥哥 弟弟 姐姐 妹妹),如果大家在谈话中怎么知道对方说的是哥哥还是弟弟 。或者怎么知道对方说的是姐姐还是妹妹。

There's no distinction in English. You can either add "elder" or "younger"/"little" to the word to indicate who you're talking about. So for example: My elder brother (哥哥) was fighting with my younger sister (妹妹).
哥哥 = elder brother
弟弟 = younger brother / little brother
姐姐 = elder sister
妹妹 = younger sister / little sister
