You like pizza, don't you? => On hearing "pizza", my mouth watered despite what was going on. * 피자라니 = (상대방이) 피자라고 (말)하니 = as the other person says 피자 = On hearing 피자. * 그 와중에도 (despite what was happening) 군침(water, saliva)이 돌았다(made its way) => My mouth watered not heeding (the glumness of) the situation. 3. 내가 피자를 입에 넣은 채 우물거리면서 묻자 재준이는 얼른 손을 흔들며 말했다.
