If there is an opening or if there are any openings or if there is any opening? If there is an opening, I would like to accept an interview invitation on short notice.

Your three initial clauses are all okay. Your second clause ( I would like to accept an interview invitation on short notice), though has problems. It would be better (more naturally) said: If there is an opening, I would accept an invitation to interview on short notice. Hope this helps!

Any one of those options would sound natural in American English.
