Is this sentence OK? Or, how do you say it? I mean I like the food / meals. If I say; The food is just for my taste. / The meals are just for my taste.

It should be "The meals are just TO my taste" or "The food is just TO my taste."

uhm I suppose it's a tad bit wrong. It would seem much right if it went as in "The food is something I'd like to only fill my stomach with, it's got no as such taste" I suppose that's what you were trying to say? hope I helped :)
