Hi,
The word success means to achieve a goal. It can be used as a noun, verb, adjective or adverb.
Success = noun
Succeed = verb
Successful = adjective
Successfully = adverb
She is a success. (noun)
She succeeded in her English exam. (verb)
She is a successful teacher. (adjective)
She successfully taught the difference between success and succeed. (adverb) ;-)
Hope this helps a bit.

Success is a noun, not a verb. If you use "to success", you mean "in the direction of success".
