What is the difference between kumuh dan kotor?

Kumuh can be used when you want to say dirty to environment. Kumuh is similar to "slum". So for example you can say daerah kumuh (slum area). While kotor means dirty and it can be used for a lot of things. For example "Meja itu kotor" or "Ruangan itu kotor". Hopefully this helps!
