what does floquer mean ?
I didn't find it in the frenche dictionnary

I think it would be better with the context. If used in pastry, "floquer" is a verb, and it means using a spray to texturize the surface of a dessert. I guess it's also used for textiles or decorating.

Perhaps you mean "floquet" which is a small silk tassel.

I use the verb "floquer" to write the name of a player on a shirt. For instance, a football player.
