To answer this question takes only a few seconds on the WWW on the usual dictionary sources which (almost?) everyone uses. It is clear that this question was very poorly asked since "anymore" can be used in many different ways in English which naturally correspond to entirely different patterns in Japanese. The question was worded in a manner with far too little context to answer completely. Some examples would be: もはや ~ しない. (substitute your own verb) 今後はもう ~ しない. (substitute your own verb) これ以上我慢ならない. (etc.) Therefore the simplest answer is that your question is the wrong question to ask. However, a deeper answer is that even this very TYPE of question is erroneous. That is to say, questions like "how do you say ... in Japanese", themselves indicate a deep misunderstanding of how to learn Japanese. That is to say, you begin to learn Japanese by repeating and learning by heart a series of grammatical patterns. None of these correspond to anything exactly in English. A complex concept like "anymore" in English naturally corresponds to many different patterns in Japanese, but you would have learned those anyway while learning basic level Japanese, so asking someone here to translate such a vague concept into Japanese is rather silly. Translation is relatively difficult. Thinking in Japanese alone is much easier, and you would learn that anyway by normal study, so you are better off simply learning basic Japanese and not worrying about "how to you say ...".
