How do you spell 0.02 in "There was a train at 0.02"?

Spell??? How you 'spell' something is how you WRITE it in letters of the alphabet.... I don't think that's what you want to ask.
I'm presuming that you wanted to ask "How do you say 0.02?" or "How do you read 0.02?"
Well, you read it as 'Oh oh two", but in the real world we'd be more likely to say 'Two minutes past midnight.'
