I want to tell my host Aunt that she's like a second mother to me after her sister.

This is what I have so far "Tía, eres como una madre para me después de Yessenia".

Is this correct? Can someone help me correct it?

"Tía, eres como una madre para mÍ después de Yessenia". 
or, you could say: 
Tía, eres como mi segunda madre, después de Yessenia.¨ - Aunt, you are like my second mother, after Yessenia.

Its totally correct. Just change the letter e for a letter i, on the word "me"
