Can I say "Kheyli Merci" like "Kheyli mamnoon"?
I have heard the later one(Kheyli mamnoon-- Thank you very much) but can I use Kheyli(very) with Merci or it would sound weird?

Actually I think that it is grammatically correct but It isn't common so I am afraid you should not use it.
