Have you bought the stuff I asked you to buy?

The first one is missing a verb (e.g. buy/bring/steal...) at the end.
If you want to avoid using a verb you could say '...I asked for'.
The second one is fine.

The first sentence is incomplete, "Have you got the stuff I asked you to... buy? bring? prepare?".
The second sentence makes sense.
