What does "Why you're so MEAN?" exactly means and what situation I should use this phrase? I heard this line in some movie and conversation.

Hi Elmer, Jura stated in full all the possible meanings of "mean". You can simply tell it someone who is being indecent ,insolent or bad to you, whether verbally or by his/her behavior towards you.
