Looking for some food translations in italian I'm looking for the Italian translation for the following dish: (hopefully shortened if possible) chicken cooked under a brick, with a califlower puree, brussel sprouts, radicchio, and grapes, with a prosecco/ caperberry butter sauce

My attempt: "Pollo cotto al mattone, con purè di cavolfiori, cavoletti di Bruxelles, radicchio e uva (if you meant dried grape use "uvetta"), servito con una salsa a base di burro, prosecco e capperi"

Are you looking for the recipe in Italian? Search for "pollo al mattone ricetta" and that will bring up plenty of variations. Or, are you looking to translate your own recipe into Italian? Some of the parts might simply need to be translated directly, eg. "con purè di cavolfiore" and so on. You could post an attempt in the Notebook section.

Sadly, Italian has no word for prosecco, or for radicchio.
