"I did it instinctively" is good. The other two should be reworded to "I did it by instinct".
The remaining two sentences are good, though 'fail' is probably commoner than 'mislead'. For example, after saying you did something by instinct, you might follow it by saying "My instinct never fails me", singular instinct agrees with the prior mention of instinct, and 'fail' is a better opposite to 'do' than 'mislead' is.
