It's mean "What are you doing" and it's a accent. This word isn't used in official environments. You can use for more intimate people but I recommend you please don't use this word. [emoji]☺

It's a Village people slang meaning "What are you doing?/How's it going?" - Nörüyon? (Ne yapıyorsun) - Nöreyim, sen nörüyon? (Ne yapayım, sen ne yapıyorsun?) Nöreyim (The usual)

this is traditional ( nörüon) :) but (what are you doing? = ne yapıyorsun?) this is correct one
