O chocolate con leche. Depende de lo que quieras decir :)

Si dices "leche chocolate", solo te refieres a que la leche es de color chocolate. En cambio, si hablas de la bebida, es mejor decir leche con chocolate o leche chocolatada. En algunos lugares sí le dicen leche de chocolate, pero no es muy común.
