Can I use "Who's called 'X'?" to mean what an unusual name he has? For example, "X" is an unusual name, can I say it to myself "Who's called "X"? I will compare this to another example. When someone does something unusual and then I say "Who does that?" Can I also use "Who's called 'X' too? What about "Who's named 'X'"? Thanks.

You would say "Who names their kid X?" If you said "Who called X?", it would not have the same effect as "Who does that?"
