I don't think it is right in any flavour of English. "I like reading books" is a general statement, so it doesn't make sense to then restrict that to certain books.
"I like reading the books which I bought two weeks ago" is better. 'the' shows that you are only talking about certain books, not all books.
But - I think it would be more natural to use a progressive tense.
"I am enjoying reading the books which I bought two weeks ago".
