Is there a way to say "Let's roll up our sleeves and get down to work!' in Spanish? It's like a motivational expression you use with people who are undertaking a challenging project together at their company, school or even at home. It can be physical work but also can be work that involves thinking, learning, writing etc.

There are many expressions with an equivalent meaning. It would depend on the country. For instance, in Venezuela you could say: Vamos a fajarnos con esto. Vamos a echarle pichón. Manos a la obra.
