What does "you are my body" mean, especially when a man says it to an ordinary female friend?

If you meant...You are my buddy...then this means you are my friend...it's a "funny" or cute way of saying friend basically
but i have never heard anyone say you are my body...buddy and body sound the same which is why it might of been buddy.

Hello ,
It is certainly "you are my buddy" *must be a typing error or something* ,which means my close friend who accompanies me in my activities.
So it doesn't mean just an ordinary friend.

it means simply talking to your ownbody
& listening to your body
& caring for your body
cause sometimes we forget to care of our ownself
