the adjunct "-yi" here directs the verb 'seviyorum' (love) to the object turkiye..
for instance, just like how you don't say "I go school" but say "I go to school" in english, almost every verb in turkish requires an adjunct added to the object it refers to and the shape of the adjunct depends on the verb and vowels of the object..
like;
türkiye'yi seviyorum, fransa'yı seviyorum,
türkiye'ye gidiyorum, fransa'ya gidiyorum..
