la expresión "ya sales?" se usa cuando se habla o se escribe un texto, ya sea que la persona este saliendo del trabajo o de la casa o cualquier lado.
quisiera esa expresión transformada en ingles.

I would say "Have you left yet? or "Did you leave yet?" Or if the person is coming to where I am, "Are you on your way?"

I think it means: have/has already gone.
Use have/has + past participle form of the verb.
For example: She has gone to work / She's gone to work or, she has left already.
I am interested in the way you use: 'ya sea que' .... How does this translate in English?
