Both are unnatural. Here are better versions. Hi Anne, would you please validate these reports and then forward them to Alex? <<== conditional would of politeness Hi Anne, please validate these reports and then forward them to Alex. <<== not common when addressing a superior Hi Anne, please forward these reports to Alex after validating them. <<== not common when addressing a superior Hi Anne, after validating these reports, please forward them to Alex. <<== not common when addressing a superior, more complex grammar than usual
