What is nounoute? What is an English translation of the French slang "nounoute"? I see "nounou"="nanny", a restaurant named "chez nounoute", a boat named "la nounoute", but "les nounoutes" seems to be slang for some sex act?

Pour le moins, dans ma région, nounoute désigne une petite fille. Ex : Eh, les nounoutes, c'est l'heure du dîner!

My instincts tell me it's a personalized version of "une nounou" - someone decided to call it something slightly different I'm guessing!
