He has gone to America for 3 years.
Is the sentence right from English grammar? though I know I can say he has been in America for 3 years, instead. and I also think 'he will go to America for 3 years' is right.

The grammar is okay, but I'm not sure if the meaning is what you intend. "He has gone to America for three years" means that he has gone to America, and he intends to stay there for three years. It's not clear how long he has been there so far. He may have just arrived in America today. In that case, you're saying that he will stay in America for the next three years. If he has already been there for a year, then he will stay for two more years.
"He has been in America for three years" means that he has already stayed in America for three years. It isn't clear whether or not he intends to continue staying in America, or if he will leave (now or later). We just know that he has been there for three years, so far.
"He will go to America for three years" means that in the future, he will go to America, and he will stay there for three years, and then leave.
