I can always be reached by phone or email and I would be happy to appear in person to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for considering me for this position(3). (2) "follow up" is a common phrase for emails like this, it means you are following your previous conversation with a short note in order to add some extra information or to check on the status of something you've already discussed. (3) Please and thank you and politeness are always important in these sorts of emails.
