Hi Ramin,
I think you should make your response to the email a little more personal and polite. I would write something like this...
NAME(1),
I just wanted to follow up(2) on our previous email to see if there has been any change in my status as a candidate for hire in the company. Please(3) let me know if you require any additional documents or information to clarify my qualifications and experience. I can always be reached by phone or email and I would be happy to appear in person to answer any questions you may have.
Thank you for considering me for this position(3).
Regards,
Ramin
cell: (put cell phone number here)
(1) if you know the person's name you should use it here instead of Hello Manager.
(2) "follow up" is a common phrase for emails like this, it means you are following your previous conversation with a short note in order to add some extra information or to check on the status of something you've already discussed.
(3) Please and thank you and politeness are always important in these sorts of emails.
