1 is unnatural.
2. ok but "I received a warm welcome." is better.
3. good
4. They welcomed me like one of the family.
They took me in like one of the family.
They welcomed me like family.
(adding "in" after "welcome" isn't wrong, just less natural. It slightly changes the meaning)

They are all OK. However 2 is probably more likely to be 'They warmly welcomed me' but the word order you have used us also correct. I would disagree with Hasmik, 4 is correct and natural as it stands, 'of' is more natural than 'from' and means 'they welcomed me as if I were a family member'

1,2,3 are correct, 4th requires a little change so it becomes “They welcomed me like one from the family”.
I hope it helps, :)
