what is the difference in following sentences? i am gonna get rich vs i am gonna be rich I appreciate your assistance.

Nice question. The first one means that you are going to make some sort of effort that will make you rich. Maybe you have a good business idea that, if you develop it, will make you rich. The second one implies that you may not need to do much to become rich. Maybe you will inherit some money which you didn't have to work for.
