Are my sentence correct? Can it be more formal? I want to put these in my official order:
We’ll charge 2% delay fee on the orders if the shipment delay more than 45 days.
We’ll deduct the 2% delay fee from your balance. (Because we paid 10% deposit for the order)
If my email attach 2 files. Can I say like these?
