Which one is more natural to say in speaking? Congratulations on passing your exams, and I hope you'll do the same in this term too. Or, you will be doing the same..., Or, you'll keep up the good work for this term too. " if none of them is okay, please give me some suggestions "

The first one is the best and is perfectly understandable. One way I might say that to make it sound slightly more natural is "Congratulations on passing your exams, I hope you'll do the same this term." All I did was remove some words that weren't quite needed.

Hello, it would be a bit more natural to say “keep up the good work this term!” Or “Congratulations...I hope you do the same this term”. Best, Martha
