Application made to the copyright registry office, how to write this in abook? I need to translate: Solicitud en tràmite en el registro de la propiedad intellectual de Málaga con número de expedición 4531287765. It's something legal I need to write on the first pages of the book I wrote . It's being very complicated for me to translate, as it is not registered yet but in process and I need to specify that. If any British person could give me the English version you use in Britain, I'd appreciate it.. Some Spanish in return if needed. Thank you very much

I am not a lawyer, but I read legal texts at work. I feel like I need a bit more information. 1. "intellectual property" is too vague and general. Usually we would be more specific: is it a patent, a trademark, or something else? 2. Is it really registered with the trademark and patent office of Málaga? I never heard of this. Usually these organisations are national, for example, the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM) or the European Patent Office (EPO), even if your local office was in Malaga. So, then I would suggest something like this: Trademark registration pending, application number 4531287765 filed with the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM). Patent pending, application number 4531287765 filed with the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM).
