Which one is grammatical?
Hello
Which one is correct?
He is much better at volleyball than swimming
Or
He is much better at volleyball than at swimming
Is there any difference?
Which one is correct?
Hello.
To me (a native English speaking American), they both sound correct. The first one is what I would say when speaking, but if I was trying to sound or write more formally, I may use the second phrase.

Hi,
Both of them are grammatical correct but in speaking we tend to speak as concise as possible.
So in speaking the first form is usually used and in formal situations the second one would be more appropriate.
