"She was stone cold."
She showed no emotion. She did not laugh or smile warmly. She stared at us, never showing anger or interest. She spoke with a low, even tone. She asked no questions. Her replies were curt.

Stone cold means completely and utterly cold, "she was stone cold" which is referring to the peron''s personality.
