"i turned mid-twenties" i already knew that "i turned 20" is right. it means that i became 20 years old. right? so is this sentence right, too? "i turned mid-twenties" i want to say when i became 24, 25 or 26.

It's not correct, because "I turned' is used only with a specific age. You can say instead "I reached my mid-twenties.".
