More context would help. But I guess it either is short for “in spite of”: “You love me in spite [of my faults]”. Or, it means “you love me in a spirit of spite” or “you love me to spite me” — meaning “you love me in order to cause me pain because you are mad at me for some reason”

Can you provide a bit more context please as well? But in this sentence it's usually "Love me in spite of" and it means that you love them no matter what or in spite of their issues, or other things they may do. It may also mean you love me to spite me or hurt me. I hope this helps
