Hi Dario, I pulled this straight from the internet: "Touchpoint (also touch point, contact point, point of contact) is business jargon for any encounter where customers and business engage to exchange information, provide service, or handle transactions." I'm not in business so I am not sure of the accuracy of this. There is quite a bit of information on the internet about it.
