"Touchpoint" meeting
Can someone explain me the meaning of "Touchpoint"?
In particular it is referred to a meeting.
(For work they invite me to a Touchpoint meeting)

Hi Dario,
I pulled this straight from the internet:
"Touchpoint (also touch point, contact point, point of contact) is business jargon for any encounter where customers and business engage to exchange information, provide service, or handle transactions."
I'm not in business so I am not sure of the accuracy of this. There is quite a bit of information on the internet about it. I initially googled it because I thought it might have been a digital product which is used for meetings.
