私はこれくらいの背の高さです。
“this” is これくらいの(as tall as this)
“tall” is 背の高さin this case.

Best would be「(私の身長は)xセンチです」 with your height in centimeters replacing x. I put 私の身長 in parentheses because in almost all real conversations you would omit it, since it is likely clear from context who/what you are talking about.
