Kez/Defa/Kere
Merhaba!
I wonder whether there is a difference between these three words meaning "time" in English.
Thank you
:)

"kez, defa, kere, sefer" are completely synonyms.
There are slight differences:
"kere" is special for mathematical calculations.
"sefer" can also refer to moving. already its another meaning as a noun is "voayage".
bu kez
bu sefer
bu defa
>this time
(you can't say "bu kere" because there is no calculation in this context)
iki kere iki dört (2x2=4)
>two times two equals four
iki sefer iki dört
iki defa iki dört
iki kez iki dört
these ones don't sound natural.
seni birkaç sefer uyardım.
seni birkaç kere uyardım.
seni birkaç defa uyardım
seni birkaç kez uyardım.
i've warned you a few times.
