What is the difference ? "Es tut mir leid" and "Tut mir leid" and "Ich bin leid" and "entschuldigen" What is the difference?

Es tut mir leid is a bit more formal, while 'tut mir leid' is rather colloquial and one would not use it to e.g. one's boss.

"Ich bin leid" is not correct. "Ich bin es leid" means something in the line of "I am fed up with it"
