In all of Singapore/In Singapore. What's the difference between: "This is the height point in all of Singapore." and "This is the height point in Singapore."

"Highest point." The first one uses "all of" for emphasis -- so you clearly understand that in the *entire* territory of Singapore, there are no higher points.

To me, "This is the highest point in all of Singapore." Is a more dramatic way to say "This is the highest point in Singapore." Both mean the same thing.
