Hi Tamires
In "Rise up" she sings:
When you're broken down and tired
Of living life on the merry-go-round
And you can't find the fighter
But I see it in you so we gonna walk it out
And move mountains
We gonna walk it out
And move mountains
She is basically saying that when life gets really hard, you need to keep going and keep moving forward, through the pain and discomfort. You will come out the other side. Basically - the difficulties that we face in life can be overcome.
Her words are a bit of a tricky one as "walk it out" is definitely not the most common thing to say in English. Mostly, people would say "walk it off" as in sport (if you are injured you must walk or continue through the pain).
She could have taken creative license here as certain words work better than others in songs.
Lyrics can also be understood in different ways, so someone else may take something different away from her song in comparison to me.
I hope this helps a bit!
