Not really. I think you should use nouns when discussing qualities, so "excellence" and "evilness". As for the rest, it comes across as awkward but I'm not sure what you're trying to say.
Perhaps "Everyone is responsible for their own excellence and evilness"? Probably you could find a better word than evil though, perhaps malevolence or wickedness are better.
