Home is, normally, the place you're thinking of running to when you want to hide for a while from the world... wherever you feel loved, safe and secure. I don't think the feeling of "being" home is limited to a building or a house where you have lived in before, I see it as memories you keep in some magical and different form. Everytime you want to be "home" you are actually just wanting to feel accepted and comfortable... and it's asociated to the place you spent your childhood because, in general, that is the stage when you felt that way... Have a wonderful day ! =)

If you are single and unmarried, the place where your parents are living with you is called "home". But if you are married, the place where your beloved (husband) and your children are living with you, is called "home".

I believe home is a person. or even people. I think once you reach a comfort level with someone, be with significant other, a sibling, a parent, or whomever, that becomes home. for a place to move from a house to a home a certain level of emotional attachment or comfort is reached making it home. and more than not that connection is due to a person. that’s what I think.
