Being lost is not that bad ! Ok, but you are not in the woods=p , so I suggest : stop for a second, sit down and ask to yourself : WHAT DO I WANT ?... no matter what your answers are, don't judge them and if you listen carefully, unbelievable things can come to the surface ! ;-) Then, it's up to you to make them happen ... Enjoy your day !!!!

Leave work at work. Don't bring your work mind home with you. At the end of the day tell yourself "That's finished, and now I'm going to do/be X." Unplug your life as much as your can. After a long day at work it's too easy to sit in front of the television or surf the internet. That's your precious time to do the interesting things. Even when if you're a little tired from work, you can get energy by starting the interesting activity, I think. Schedule time for the interesting things. Don't just say "I'm going to do something interesting on Saturday" write on your calendar "Play sport X, read half a novel, buy food to cook an interesting meal, etc." Really make plans for it. Find a partner to do that activity with. I should go find a book now. hahaha

All that inetersting? Spare time is limited! It's impossible to do so many things. I think if you always want to do so many interesting things, you will always feel have no time, and nothing will be done better. So I suggest you choose one of your best favourate things to do, I believe you will do it better. Atfer a long time, you could consider to do the next your favourite thing. I think do each your favourite thing one by one is better than do all things at the same time.
