the answer of your question in imagaintion is yes as poor and rich people have the same rights but in fact this not happen . rich people always have alot of adavantages not in this right but in alot of rights. rich people can enter special hospitals but poor people canot do that , they can only enter government hospitals and sometimes they donot have money to buy medicines

Yup ... Rich people or poor people,they are human ... So,why between them always have different facilities like in medicine,school ,etc

your question is loaded, friend. You're asking about "rights". The only right nature gives us is the right to struggle in life. So rich or poor, YES, they both have the same rights, which is absolutely NO RIGHT to medical care. As a 2nd question, is it moral to steal from one and give it to another? I mean, who pays for the insurance for the poor? The money must be stolen from the rich, or more likely, the common man who has struggled hard in life and is doing only "ok".
